A detached, 3-generation family house within a “box”, built in a tight urban site, on 3 levels. The house provides independence for the older generation via a lower floor “apartment” adjacent to the main living areas and for a second and third generation on the upper floor as a family unit. Views are limited and therefore guided by the shape and size of the windows to where privacy is not compromised.
