Japan New Capital City- New Tokyo

A City Nestling in the Forest Urban proposal for a new administrative capital city for Japan in the Fukushima prefecture, Japan.

 

The proposal envisaged a city developed within the forests of Fukushima, with minimum need of car usage within it and maximization of pedestrian areas. Fully available Wi-Fi throughout the city would mean citizens could work within the landscapes as well as in the buildings.
